Service dept said they could do my recall service in 20-30 minutes; then a service dept driver parked my car for 90 minutes before I asked what happened. After they located my car, it took 20-30 minutes. All in, almost a 3 hour visit.

My car was towed there after it was stolen and even tho they didn’t benefit financially from getting to do any work on it they still treated me as if I was a paying customer! Would highly recommend them fo they didn’t benefit financially from getting to do any work on it they still treated me as if I was a paying customer!
