I was told, at last oil change, that I could get a loaner car, if bill was >$500. I needed a 30k service, so I scheduled, and verified I could get loaner. Woman at call center said yes. I verified that I could get loaner, as there is no place to kill time, at your location. She said that the rep would work that out with me. Never got a call. Needed to cancel. Called to reschedule. Guy told me I could not get a loaner car, and I would just have to wait all day. Never offered a ride or anything. I asked about service plan, he said someone would call me. Needless to say, no one called me. Though I did not schedule appointment, he apparently put it in anyway, as I got a notice that I had an appointment, on April 6th. I scheduled an oil change, for the last oil change on my plan (I had to look it up, as no one ever called me back, either time I asked about it.), for April 5. Tawnya was my representative, and she was excellent, however, I felt so disrespected by Groove service call center personnel, it was too late to rehab Groove's reputation. I should also add, that while I was waiting, two men were given loaner cars... You folks have a real problem there, and though Tawnya was great, your call center people are so phenomenally incompetent and unreliable, I do not trust the shop any longer. I actually asked Tawnya if there had been a change in management, as I have never had such terrible service at Groove... More
They let me keep my totaled car there until insurance company could tow it away the next week. Super helpful of them. Just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek. Had an a very pleasant experience with Groove in general. Initially worked with Dan, who took me on an initial test drive that was extremely pleasant Had an a very pleasant experience with Groove in general. Initially worked with Dan, who took me on an initial test drive that was extremely pleasant, informative and professional. After having more questions and considering more options, Esteban took over, given that Dan was on vacation. Esteban was extremely knowledgeable, gave me many options, and took me on another test drive, allocating time at the end of his working day. Esteban was extremely informative, and also served as great company and conversation partner throughout the process. Grace gracefully handled the final paperwork, and I got my brand new Crosstrek 4 days earlier than scheduled. Hopefully it will serve me well many years to come. More

The service area needs to get a handle on their scheduling and how many vehicles they can take in and turn around timely. This is the second time I scheduled an oil change (8:30 am) and had to leav scheduling and how many vehicles they can take in and turn around timely. This is the second time I scheduled an oil change (8:30 am) and had to leave my car overnight. My vehicle was not ready until later the following day. I understand things are not what they used to be but we’ve been dealing with staffing shortages for a couple of years now. Step back and evaluate. More
I am very unhappy with this service location. It’s not anyone person either. My dash display has not been working right ever since I bought the car. Every time I take it in to be looked at, I’m told that they can’t find out what’s wrong with the dash. They have taken pictures and no one wants to dig into it. Both my wife and I are not happy with Subaru. This is our first one and we are really considering moving on from it. More
