I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Each time I have taken my Subaru in for service, the staff have been prompt, courteous and very helpful. When I arrived for my 7am service appointment,  the doors were opened promptly and Brett quickly and efficiently took down all the information and checked me in. It was then I realized I came ill prepared (no drivers license, car registration, nor car insurance *embarrassed*). A special thank you to Josh at the service center. Josh handled the situation very professionally. I had reserved a loaner car but was unable to take it as I did not have proof of insurance, so Josh called a Lyft driver for me, free of charge!  He also gave me a cell number so that I could send him text or calls if I had any questions.  I texted him several times during the day and Josh always answered quickly with an answer or solution. Thank you Groove Subaru of Englewood for your excellent customer service!  UPDATE: I took car back in for recall service and a fix to sunglass holder. Loaner car rental was quickly checked out/back in by rental dept. Josh again great communications/updates. Both recalls done quickly and Haley made sure sunglass holder fix was cost efficient. A shout out to the managers who run this incredible team! More

Groove takes care of our car quickly and competently, making us feel like valued customers.
