My recent work was scheduled during a "Cold Snap" . The overhead heating system in the service area was either failing or inadequate to keep anyone reasonably cumfortable. I would estimate the temp in the area hovered between 20-30 degrees. This is the 5th Subaru my husband and I have had (we have both leased and owned) and several of these have come from Groove Subaru. We keep going back because we are clearly a Subaru family, but also because both leased and owned) and several of these have come from Groove Subaru. This time around we had the pleasure of working with Esteban and Jeremy. I can easily say that both guys went above and beyond for us. Esteban was patient with all my questions, taking the time to explain why (whenever I didn’t quite understand the process or reason for something). Esteban made finding the right car painless and thought I hope to keep this car for the foreseeable future- I would feel grateful to have him as our salesman again! Jeremy helped us complete the process of buying the new car with the financing part of things. I was shocked to find out he had gone ahead and secured the best financing possible for me (significantly better than I had anticipated) after I had called the night before with concerns about rising rates. Jeremy was also patient, making sure I fully understood the options for warranties/added protection. He did not pressure me, but rather I felt he was really making sure we got what we needed. Groove Subaru has once again impressed us, and when we are ready for Subaru number 6- we will be back!! More
