My overall experience this time was much better. I felt relaxed, and not pressured to get or buy another service. However, I don't understand the point of booking an appointment if it's still going to take 2.5 hours for an oil change and air filter replacement. I was told that the 60K mile service would require me to leave my car ALL day. Having the same service advisor for every visit would have helped greatly. That's what I was used to at Ford. It's been real, Groove Subaru. But this is my last experience with you. I'm moving on to either Schomp or AutoNation Subaru - even if they're twice as far. More
