Also, I asked about the 2 free lift tickets and Federico said he'd email me the information, but I never got anything. I did get the email for the $50 visa gift card though. More

Everyone we dealt with from sales people to driving in the car and being shown various attributes of the Forester, were absolutely wonderful. However, we traded in our 2020 Honda CRV and we were supposed the car and being shown various attributes of the Forester, were absolutely wonderful. However, we traded in our 2020 Honda CRV and we were supposed to receive a check for $18,000. We need to put that back in our retirement account and it has never come. I have made about 4 to 5 phone calls regarding this, but nothing has been done so far. I’ve spoken with Jared, the sales manager, and he is trying to talk to the appropriate people, but I still don’t have my check. I’m getting concerned to where I’m willing to drive up there and camp out in the Subaru Store until I receive this check. It has been three weeks and counting.
