Everyone was very friendly and I was kept informed of the status of the work. I made the appointment online stating there was an issue to be fixed along with an oil change. Dropped car off night before for 7am service appointment. Got text at 7am saying they were starting and would have inspection soon. At 3pm got a text saying they would need to keep my car overnight. I called upset as I was leaving on vacation next day and was told they were working on cars from two days previous and do over 130 services a day and they can't get to every car. I asked why I had an appointment and they informed me the appointment is with the advisor not with the person working on the car. I said I would have to come get my car and they said they would do me the favor of getting my car done. I then got my inspection and was told I need three additional services including brakes and that they would be able to complete it all by 5pm after being just told they couldn't even get to my car that day. Very frustrating experience. When I have dropped my car and waited before it has taken up to 3 hours just for an oil change. Will look elsewhere for my service needs as I don't have all day for services. They do good work but they take forever and then press you repeatedly during and after for a perfect 10 star review.
