Service has been terrible it’s been one excuse after another with no regard to our time. Twice now we have been told we had a loaner vehicle by our service rep to find out they didn’t have one. Travis was great to work with. He was so helpful. We were having medical issues and his offer to come to us to complete the paperwork and to bring us the car was so appreciated. He He was so helpful. They do not push Service that is not needed, but do give you a heads up on work that will be required within the next six months or so (based on mileage). Since I only had a half a tank to start with that was very generous. More

It just felt a bit wrong to come into my appointment 15 minutes early and leave almost 2 hours later to just find out the part(an air vent cover) is not in stock. Then I was told it would be another 4-5 da minutes early and leave almost 2 hours later to just find out the part(an air vent cover) is not in stock. Then I was told it would be another 4-5 days and another appointment that will take another 1-1.5 hours to replace it. Mind you, this part can be taken out and placed in the car in less than a minute. It sounds like the company itself is booking itself out to too much without calling the customer to inform or better yet reschedule them for a better experience. More
