Please call for information as I had work done at another local shop starting with a bent wheel that was replaced with a bigger wheel than belonged with no spacer then a 60 k service price including veterans local shop starting with a bent wheel that was replaced with a bigger wheel than belonged with no spacer then a 60 k service price including veterans discount mind you, of 100 bucks and was still 400+ more than Groove's price for the same service. THEY EVEN found an oil leak the shop had neglected to mention after the 60k, now claiming they mentioned it during clutch work in 2021 and didn't feel it needed to be brought up again apparently. Lastly after hearing the price manager offered a 90 day interest free credit card that actually was a 'lease' company for no or bad credit, when I said my credit was 'very good' and could pay with MY CREDIT CARD! Now the owner, after saying he would make an adjustment to the price I paid the lease company ($1100 for 60k imprezza service including $100 veterans discount) no 'SAFETY' issues found they assured me, they HAVEN'T! If it weren't for Groove's Service Advisor, Josh Magyar, I would worry about EVERYTHING on my car that they EVER TOUCHED. ABSOLUTELY NO TRUST for these people. Insult to injury, the manager took the Groove Service Estimate and wrote derogatory remarks about Josh being a crook. I still need to bring it in for him to see. I really couldn't believe it. There is more about my theory on why they choose to send some people to the lease company which can repossess the lease equipment. In this case, it would be the car itself since SERVICE was the LEASED equipment! Quite the sham I think. I could use some guidance in this matter after I bring the paperwork to show Josh hopefully tomorrow. I have not been doing well recently. Thank you! More

My new car arrived 11 days ahead of scheduled delivery which was amazing and the dealership was quick to reach out to me and finalize everything. Even though Stacey ended up being out of town when the car arrived, I worked with Vinny to wrap everything up, and the finance team was extremely helpful and clear even after many back and forths. I would recommend working with this team as they are professional, clear, and efficient without skipping corners or trying to be sly with any negotiations. More
