It was pretty filthy. I was told the car would be detailed in the morning before pickup. I picked it up and they basically washed the outside and very very lightly vacuumed. This was no detail. Door jams covered in dirt and dust, hinges caked in oil/dirt, sand and crumbs everywhere. The floor mats were still covered in sand. And there was trash in the door pocket. I'm sure they're busy and rushing but wow. Patrick is working with me to get the car in for a proper detail. Would have rather had a voucher to schedule it myself. No way would the detail shop have done this xxxx poor of a job on a paying customer or if the car was going to hit the lot. Once this is rectified I will up the star count More

The service tech believes customers are completely stupid. The driver's seat cooling system is not working. The service tech wrote you would not feel it working while wearing jeans. I was wearing shor stupid. The driver's seat cooling system is not working. The service tech wrote you would not feel it working while wearing jeans. I was wearing short pants. He also stated the cooling system sucks air down through the seat. Actually, it is supposed to blow air up from the seat. I also had a complaint about the driver's side mirror not staying in position. I am talking about the actual mirror, not the housing. The service tech wrote it works just fine. The actual mirror still down not stay adjusted. More

It was apparent how much he loves his family, but also how important his customers, like us, are to him. For just being in the business for seven months, he has had a large learning curve, but rose to the challenge. He truly is amazing, and we were so lucky to have walked in the door when he was there to help us. More
