I was literally sitting inside of another Subaru at a competitor of Groove when Stephany called me haha. I was already a little bummed as there was zero stock and all inbound cars were already spoken for competitor of Groove when Stephany called me haha. Steph called and I began to have one of the most positive car purchasing experiences ever! From start to finish, she killed it and ensured a) the car was mine and went above and beyond to ensure I didn't lose the opportunity for my family to have the exact car we wanted (color and features, etc) and b) provided what I feel has been lacking in the automotive industry for many years: customer service.
