Travis really genuinely cares about making customers happy! You can also tell he’s a family man and is just a great guy. I drove an hour out of my way a few times to go to Groove for a new Subaru and then several accessories that Travis personally made sure where installed correctly without me waiting too long. It took me a while and several calls and visits to several other dealerships to finally decide on buying a new Subaru to replace my older one with a ton of miles. I’m not sure I would have pulled the trigger without his help. I also decided to buy a few more accessories because I knew he’d make sure I was taken care of.
