When I first set foot in Groove Subaru, it was to pick up a car that had been sold while I was on my way to pick it up. I was told we have a car with the same options and it’s a little more expensive but wil a car that had been sold while I was on my way to pick it up. I was told we have a car with the same options and it’s a little more expensive but will give you a great deal on it and sell it for the same price. It turned out it didn’t have the same options and it had a starting problem. Trip to the dealership to get that fixed. Later, one of the basic Subaru features that I’ve never been able to use. I tried to have fixed and was told by the Subaru helpdesk concierge that I needed a software update. I double checked with groove and they verified this. When I made the appointment I pleaded That they sure and warned how upset I was going to be if I made the trip down the mountain and that wasn’t the problem and ended up leaving without that service. Sophia did everything she could to communicate and make sure I understood. She even took the brunt of my anger for a mistake. That wasn’t her fault. Without Sophia, Groove Subaru would be a failure in my eyes. More
