Bought a used car from Groove Subaru. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. My sales representative Robert was friendly, helpful, non-pushy, and very attentive to my needs. His email/text/phone communication was super responsive and always helpful. He was willing to take the car back to the detailing shop twice to make sure he could get a stain out. Then he agreed to do a video call to show me the results since I was 60 miles away. It was a real pleasure to do business with Robert. His manager Scott was also a refreshing breath of fresh air in the world of "used car managers". Friendly, engaging, straightforward, clear, concise, and extremely understanding of my requests and concerns. Scott went above and beyond what's expected to put me at ease with my purchase. While I was waiting, he also took the time to chat with me about non-car related things. A very nice touch of humanity not usually associated with car dealerships....
