My wife, adult son and I drove to Groove Subaru from Colorado Springs in hopes of buying a new car. Nick assisted me and my son with some test drives of a couple of models. Nick, being all the ball, picked up ALL the keys and said he had a Wilderness to see (the only one on the lot). Nick also mentioned that a notice had been sent out to other customers who were waiting and wanting for a Wilderness. As we were looking at the car, 2 other interested people came into the dealership. By the time I finished the paperwork 4 others had also come in. For me, timing was everything that day. But, Nick and the folks at Groove made the difference of buying with Groove. In another 2-4 months we will be calling Nick to order another Forester to replace our 2019 Forester from a lease.
