Robert is a rockstar, not only is he super informative about the different models and trim levels he’s very personable! I inquired about a used Outback and he called me within minutes to discuss. When I arrived at the dealership the one I was interested sold that morning so we looked at a similar model and that one sold right after we test drove it. So we test drove a new 2020 and I was more impressed with that than the original older one I was looking at. Robert did not pressure me in anything I didn’t want or try to up sell me.
