I totaled my Porsche Cayenne while shopping for chocolate chip cookies for my father. My search started with the 2020 Consumer Report, I surveyed and discussed my specifications with six different dealerships. I discovered GROOVE SUBARU on a Monday. I was instantly impressed with the friendly approach and knowledge of Mr. "ROLLY." His colorful mask and sparkling eyes instantly let me know that my stressful experiences from the past were taking a positive turn. Mr. Rolly was sensitive to my situation as a caregiver for my parents and offered suggestions that he used with his own parents. Up front he told me what to expect every step of the way. I started with a test drive and three days later after checking the competition - I came right back to GROOVE SUBARU. He came in early this morning before his regular work time to prep the car and patiently conducted a tutorial on the features of the car that I selected. He offered several youtube video segments to help me learn at my own pace. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. More

It was a relief that Joe was willing to work with us in this new environment. We were pleased with the agreement and did not feel like there was any time wasted. The dealership sanitized the car and complied with COVID-19 requirements. There was hand sanitizer readily available, everyone was wearing masks (even in the car lot), and people were socially distanced.
