At the end of March I made my first “big girl” purchase. My first car purchased completely by myself. Joe did an amazing job throughout the entire process. Joe is knowledgeable in the Subaru brand and can answer all the questions you may have. He promised to get me the backseat cover and followed through to get that. I’ve encountered many dealerships while going through my car search but Groove/Joe outdid all of the other places. Even in the finance department they went over every package and was helpful with picking the right one for my car. Only thing to note is that due to covid there is a delay in registering the vehicle.
