When I decided to purchase a Crosstrek to replace my aging Outback, I requested a contact online. Dan was the first to contact me. He expertly assessed my interest level and info needs and answered all my initial questions on the phone. We soon met in person and he helped me identify which Crosstrek package would best meet my needs, without any pressure. I found Dan to be friendly, personable, knowledgeable and helpful - with a good sense of humor. I was completely new to smart car technology and Dan was very patient in explaining its features to me. I'm 67 and have poor eyesight, and he helped me identify that the Limited package with Eyesight Assist would be my best choice because of the optimal safety features. Our test drive was terrific. Dan connected with my husband, who also test drove the car Dan had suggested for me. We proceeded into negotiation and after some give and take, we arrived at a price that seemed fair, understandable and reasonable. I am very happy with our deal and Jeremy, the finance manager, quickly closed the transaction and made the paperwork a breeze.
