Hi guys I have never been one to complain and we absolutely love our Ascent. I am here to warn you about ever purchasing a car or having your car serviced at Groove Subaru in Colorado. During one of our battery issues with the Ascent, my fiancé had to take my car to work and I took our Ascent for service. I had never been to Groove Subaru before, they agreed to address the issue. My fiancé works at an emergency room and had taken off quickly to work and left her very expensive wallet in the vehicle. The team dropped me off at my job using their transporter person and our Ascent. When they dropped me off they stated the car would be ready in a few hours, Groove Subaru never contacted me about the vehicle needing to be held over night and left me stranded. The next day my fiancé went into the dealership to retrieve her wallet. She found that the wallet had been stolen and all of her belongings were strewn across the dash and seats. Upon bringing it up to the service advisor and manager, Matt, they asked her if she was sure she didn’t misplace it somewhere else while all the contents of the wallet were strewn across the car. I was irate and they agreed to replace the wallet, after 3 months of having us send them proof of receipts and ordering a replacement, they emailed us to tell us they are not responsible for any lost belongings and would not be helping to mend the situation. It disgusts me as I have never been treated by a dealer this way. Obviously, if I had known her wallet was in the car I would have taken it out, but you should be able to trust your belongings are safe. Please DO NOT TRUST GROOVE SUBARU. To top it all off they made up a fake email for their service survey, to avoid hurting their store customer index score. More

Soft sell Chase I did visit two other Subaru dealers before going to Groove. The closet to me on Havana in Aurora, I walked into the show room, perused the lot and n I did visit two other Subaru dealers before going to Groove. The closet to me on Havana in Aurora, I walked into the show room, perused the lot and not one sales agent even looked at me! I drove up Groove, not wanting to be pursued by an agent right away but did want someone to address my presence. I looked at an Outback in front of the sales office and a pleasant, young to me, man walked up and and asked if I had any questions. Lucky for me I would come to find out it was Chase McNeely. We talked a bit and I really wanted to test drive some vehicles and Chase said no problem just let me know which make and model. No Turbo engines on the lot but oh well, there wasn't a turbo in the city, I checked! Chase grabbed a couple of key fobs anticipating my curiosity for both the Forrester and Outback. We took both for a test drive and did comparisons side by side and when finished, Chase only asked if I would mind if he texted me later in the week to see where I was with any decisions. I was really hesitant to give him my cell # but there was something about Chase, I knew he was telling me the truth. He did text me a week later and I responded and we decided to put a down payment on a soon to be delivered Turbo Outback and the rest is history. Chase was pleasant, nice, respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and made the new car buying experience a pleasure. I'm a week into the Outback Touring XT and really loving it.
