Asked for an experienced, knowledgeable sales person to work We decided to upgrade our 2016 Subaru Outback to a 2020 model. I reached out to the Sales Manager and asked for an appointment. My request was I wanted a successful sales person who was professional, knowledgeable and knew the product. And in doing so he assigned Joseph McCarty to work with us. Over email we told him what we wanted. He had the cars ready for us to see and drive. And explained the difference between the 2016 Outback and the 2020. Interestingly enough we decided to purchase a 2020 Forester Touring. The buying process was clear and at no time did I feel anything was being held back from us. We drove out feeling the process was fair. Joseph pulled it all together and made the overall experience well worth our time. More

We love our 2015 Crosstrek (purchased from Groove) but wit My wife and I started the conversation with Rolly early Fall of 2019 about a new Crosstrek. We love our 2015 Crosstrek (purchased from Groove) but with traffic in Denver wanted to upgrade for the newer safety features. Rolly was patient and never pushed us along the several month journey. He answered our ongoing questions and kept us apprised of inventory, especially as the 2019's were closing out and when the new 2020's became available. I would highly recommend Rolly and Groove for their sales and service. The only thing that I would ask is to lessen the time it takes to close the deal - finance, warranty, etc. Understand that varies by person and we did ask a lot of questions :-) More
