I was looking to replace a totaled 2003 Toyota 4Runner. I researched all week leading up to the car shopping day, and I knew I wanted a Subaru. My husband found Groove Subaru was only a few miles away, do we stopped in to see what a newer model was like. Joanna was right there, waiting to help me. She showed me a few cars on the lot, and explained the differences between models and years, answering all of my questions. We test drove an Impreza for my husband, and an Outback for me. Despite the higher price tag, the car was in impeccable condition with a lot fewer miles then any other car I had found within 500 miles. I didn't even need to test drive anything else, Joanna had given me a great sense of ease. The financial process was painless, and Joanna did another great job of making sure I got the best deal that fit my budget. Even though the car had recently been cleaned, she had it washed and detailed while I finished paperwork, and I drove away in a new used vehicle knowing I had gotten the best deal at Groove Subaru and exceptional service from Joanna. We will definitely be buying another car from Joanna and Groove in the future! More

Overall Great Experience My wife and I stopped in to look at the new Ascent. We worked with Joe Rodman and Grace Cahoj in sales as well as Jeff Adsit in finance. Grace and Joe were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and were able to answer all our questions. My wife came back the next day for another test drive and Joe spent nearly an hour with her showing her all the features and making sure she is comfortable driving the car. Joe was able to get us the Ascent model we wanted and worked really well to keep us under budget. Jeff was great in finance, he made the process move along smoothly and also hooked us up with great deals on the extended warranty and service plan. Even after the deal was done and the papers were signed, Grace took the time to show me all the features once again and made sure I knew the vehicle.
