First Time Buyer - Great Experience! This was my first car (ever!). Even though Id done lots of research I was still bracing myself for a negative experience given how car dealerships are This was my first car (ever!). Even though Id done lots of research I was still bracing myself for a negative experience given how car dealerships are typically portrayed. From when we first spoke on the phone to driving off the lot, Chase was kind, knowledgeable, and really wanted to understand what *I* was looking for rather than what the *dealership* might want to sell me. By the time I got there he had all the colors I was considering for a specific car available for me to look at and during our test drive explained all the features of the car I was interested in. There were basically no attempts to upsell me and when I chose not to get the hail protection it wasnt an issue. It took me awhile to get insurance sorted with my insurance company and during that time he ran my rental car through the car wash to help me save time! He went above and beyond and it was nothing like I expected! More
