I bought a 2020 Crosstrek from Moses Oliveros and my experience was wonderful. Buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming but Moses made it the opposite. Chase was a very patient and professional salesperson My car buying experience spanned over several months, with me testing out 2019 models, 2020 models, sedans, SUVs, and many others. Through that time, I have texted Chase questions at odd hours, came in with little warning, and more. But he worked through all of that with me. The end price I got for my car was very good although I did have to spend a decent amount of time negotiating (mostly due to how the dealership works rather than anything about Chase though). However, Groove was able to price match pretty much any other dealership and offer other accommodations (ex: trade in pricing, service discounts, etc.). If you're willing to spend some time searching and negotiating the best price, Groove is one of the best dealerships to go with. More
