When I finally landed on the Crosstrek as my #1 choice -- Consumers Report, Edmunds and others all rated it at the top or close to it -- I decided to take a look in person. I'd been contacted by other dealers, but Rolly was the only one who stayed in contact and gave me the space to approach the decision my way. He gave me good info and made honest recommendations that agreed with what I'd learned online and with owner reviews. He agreed I should go look in person at some of the other models, and was ready to help when I showed back up at Groove. He truly did everything he said he would do, and made the whole buying process enjoyable. And now -- I love my Groove-y Roo. More
