Dealership with Family Values I had purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester in October. I had a total loss head on November 9th month or so later. First the Forester saved my life and I walked away unscathed. Can't say same for my Forester which was a total loss with 1,345 miles on it. Still had temp tags when they towed this away. Accident was caused by others who had failed to yield to oncoming traffic. Once the incident could be resolved I was able to purchase a new 2020 Forester. I was treated with total empathy regarding the loss of my previous Forester. I experienced exceptional customer service by Grace Cahoj and Jeff Adsit the Finance Director, who ensured that I was treated fairly and given consideration for having had just purchased the same model less than two months previously. These people really value their customers. Will recommend Groove to everyone! More
