Rolly first contacted me after I showed interest about 4 weeks prior to my purchase d I had a very positive experience with Rolly and the Groove team! Rolly first contacted me after I showed interest about 4 weeks prior to my purchase date. Since I was looking for a particular car he was able successfully order it for me and had it delivered to Goove. During the four weeks he was very attentive and kept me updated on a regular basis. After my vehicle was delivered he and I both noticed a couple small stains on the leather for which he immediately made a work order and made sure I knew it would be 100% taken car of with a rental. These things happen, but its really nice to know that Rolly and Groove Subaru will do whatever it takes to make it right. Fantastic customer service, which for me, is the most important part of any buy experience. I will continue to do business with Groove Subaru and could not be happier with Rolly for all his assistance. Thanks! More
