Incredible customer service In my quest to lease a car, I've spoken to several different salespeople and Joe was by far the best! From beginning to end, he was professional, help In my quest to lease a car, I've spoken to several different salespeople and Joe was by far the best! From beginning to end, he was professional, helpful, and considerate. For example, every time I asked him a question, he gave me an honest and comprehensive response with a stellar attitude; even when I asked him some questions during after work hours via text, he would promise to reply the next day and then he would actually fulfill his promise. Not only was he knowledgeable, he answered questions without any condescending tone whatsoever (unlike some other dealerships). When we met in person to review the car, Joe enthusiastically answered all my questions and even proactively opened the hood to show me all the neat technical things the car can do (e.g., why the braking system was positioned the way it was). He was also considerate in every step of the way (e.g., offering me water, asking about my driving preferences during our test drive, etc.). Joe remained courteous even after I signed the lease; e.g., I asked him a question about billing and he responded in the same courteous and professional tone as he did before. In short, let's just say you can tell Joe is the type of salesman who is here to serve everyone with excellence and great, cheerful, enthusiasm. More
