Great leasing experience As a business consultant, I am always hopeful (but frequently disappointed) when dealing with other business professionals. When leasing/buying a ca As a business consultant, I am always hopeful (but frequently disappointed) when dealing with other business professionals. When leasing/buying a car for myself or clients, I am not willing to go through the normal process to be “sold” a car. I contacted Groove Subaru as one of four dealers to get pricing on an Outback lease. I was specific with the sales representative, Jordan Dane, as to vehicle specifications and lease terms and was given a bottom line price, with no games. Jordan was willing to work with me by text and email and promptly answered every question submitted.. The contract process was handled by Chris Giordano who was able to facilitate this easily and smoothly even though I was out of the area. My sales rep, Jordan Dane, spend time with me at vehicle pickup and conducted the vehicle orientation in the way that worked for me, completely, but efficiently. The Groove representatives were able and willing to transact this entire deal in a way that worked for me as the customer, which is what should always be the case in any business that is successful. Kudos to both Jordan and Chris and the Groove team. Thank you for your assistance with this Lease. I look forward to working with you again. More

I met wi After researching details of three makes of cars (Honda, Mazda and Subaru) and decided on a Subaru to replace our lease of a 2016 Honda CR-V. I met with Vince Gabriele for a test drive of a 2019 Forester Touring package. Without applying a lot of pressure, we sat down to look at numbers and negotiating a reasonable offer for our trade-in. I was a little nervous doing this part on my own (husband was out of town) but the process was low-key, fair and honest. Jeff Adsit from Finance worked with me to get the lease deal put together and was very respectful of my wishes regarding the add-ons offered. I highly recommend working with either of these gentlemen! One week later, my husband joined me to sign the paperwork and take delivery of our new Subaru, and we couldn't be happier with it! We love the color inside and out, and we definitely agree it is the safest vehicle we have ever owned. Forty years in Colorado and we now drive the Official Car of Colorado - only question we had was what took us so long. More

Because of the dedication and sincerity Rolly showed toward me that visit I decided to return there just this past Saturday and reached out to him to let him know I would be coming in. Rolly made several helpful suggestions to assist me in making the transaction not only happen, but do so in a seamless and swift way.
