He was extremely patient with all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the specific car. We never felt pressured to purchase the car. After we completed the transaction, he took the time to sit with us in the car and ensure we knew how to navigate all the technology. The only disappointing part of our experience was the finance paperwork process, where we were forced to make a decision about extended warranty at 10pm with decision fatigue and not having an opportunity to research and make an informed decision. This appears to be a consistent problem with the auto industry and not unique to this dealership. Other than that, we had a very positive experience and would recommend working with Groove and Vincent. More
