Once I was ready to buy/lease a car, he was helpful in securing the car I wanted and in the color I was hoping for. Micah had stepped in when Jeremy was out. He was instrumental in finding alternative options when the car I had initially wanted was no longer available. Jeff walked me through all of the paperwork and was knowledgeable,patient, and a pleasure to work with. The dealership works as a team which made the experience stress free. My boyfriend and I both walked into I had the most wonderful experience at Groove Subaru while working Chase McNeely, Andrew Smith and Chris Giordano. My boyfriend and I both walked into Groove wanting to purchase vehicles. We both began working with Chase and then Chase introduced me to Andrew who helped me get set up with a 2019 Subaru Outback. The entire experience felt unique and special and I never once felt like I was buying a car from two salesmen - it actually felt like two long-time friends were simply helping me select the perfect car. Chase was extremely courteous and attentive to us from the second we walked through the door. His bio states he has worked in the Hospitality Industry for around 22 years which makes so much sense. His passion for hospitality definitely showed throughout the entire experience I had with him. He was so caring, genuine and hospitable he was throughout the entire car buying/leasing process. I was also fortunate to be able to work with a SECOND amazing salesman at Groove (the word "salesman" almost feels wrong to use because of the negative connotation it has!). Andrew was courteous, efficient, genuine and extremely knowledgeable - he did such a great job personalizing my experience. During the test drive in the Outback, Andrew and I both got pretty excited about the car and all its features - he just kept blowing me away with all the knowledge he had about the vehicle! I was able to learn from him about the leasing process and my vehicle - I am beyond grateful for being able to work with him. The third person who we had the privilege of working with was Chris, one of Groove's Finance Managers. My boyfriend and I were in his office for over an hour finalizing both our sales Throughout the entire time we were with Chris, he was very respectful of our time. He explained every step of the process and was also very attentive to us - he made sure he asked if we needed water or espresso and even turned on music for us to listen to while we waited for things to be finalized. I have been in the Customer Service Industry for almost 8 years, so needless to say, I have high expectations for the customer service I receive. The employees at Groove Subaru were phenomenal and blew my expectations out of the water. I really can't recommend this dealership enough - it's clear to me that upper management has high expectations for the dealership's culture and for the customer service each employee provides.
