To our surprise, the people at Groove blew us away with their knowledge of the process, willingness to work with us and overall genuine concern for our situation. The inventory for 2019 model year WRXs was very limited and in demand. On our first visit to look at cars Jordan immediately found the car we wanted and then brought in Michelle (Sales Manager) to help us out. The process with Subaru of America was going to take a while and we were certain a car would not be available when it would be complete. Michelle immediately offered to hold the car for us for as long as it took. That relieved a lot of pressure off us knowing we had a car waiting. When the replacement finally happened, we were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. We can not thank Groove enough for helping to make a bad situation so much better. Their genuine concern for our experience made all the difference, from Sales to Management to Finance... every step of the way was flawless. They definitely turned what was looking like a terrible experience into a positive one. We are a Subaru family and Groove is our new sales and service dealership from now on.
