He was even able to get the two extra features that I wanted done before I picked up the car.. I was able to pick up new care within 48 hours. Jeff assisted with the financing and was very efficient. I had it all completed before I left the lot. When I picked up the car, Micah spent time with me going over all the new buttons and features that I would need to get started driving the new car. Went buy and signed on a 2011 Subaru Outback with 85k miles with salesman Paul Lips (who was fantastic) - July 3rd. Picked up the 2011 Subaru Outback and drove it to the airport and home. Had buyers remorse and decided that I wanted a newer model because I was worried about how the car would hold up in the mountain terrain here. - July 4th. Returned the used 2011 Outback with no questions asked and picked up a 2019 Subaru Outback on lease from salesman Dan Cassin. Driving the new car off the lot put me at immediate ease that I had made the right decision. - July 5th. Realized that I quite disliked the color of the vehicle and made the decision to call Groove Subaru the next morning when the opened to see what could be done. - July 6th. Called Dan right when Groove Subaru opened and explained how I'd like to change the color. I had only driven the car about 20 miles and Dan said to bring it back in while he had the same model in a different color pulled up to get detailed. They only charged me $300 to re-detail and inspect the car I had brought back in since it was my second return in a week. I drove off in a car I'm wholly satisfied with in the span of an hour and a half. Through that whole situation not a single member of the team was demeaning, rude, or rushed with me even after I returned two vehicles in a single week! They were incredibly gracious and understanding as I was a first time buyer and then lessee with two cases of buyers remorse! Groove Subaru had no reason to treat me as well as they did and for that I'm incredibly grateful.
