Bad Experience Vey unhappy with my experience with Groove Subaru. My wife and I went there on 6/19 to purchase a used Nissan Rogue for my wife. The process was fairl Vey unhappy with my experience with Groove Subaru. My wife and I went there on 6/19 to purchase a used Nissan Rogue for my wife. The process was fairly quick, but we got financing from our credit union so we weren't able to take the car that day because we had to wait for the check to be delivered. The check was delivered on the morning of 6/21 and I let Bryan know we would be there during the evening of 6/21 to pick up the vehicle, he said that would be fine and he would have it all ready for us. When we got there and paid for the vehicle they gave us ONE set of keys when I asked them for the second set they told me it only comes with one. I told them that on their description of the vehicle they specifically state it comes with TWO sets of keys. Then they started telling me non-sense that most people only want one set of keys, but they will go ahead and order me another set. So now I need to go out of my way to bring the car back to program another set of keys that should have been provided as it stated. Then a couple minutes after leaving the dealership my wife calls me to tell me they gas light just came on because they gave us the vehicle completely on empty!!! In my option this is very poor service and customers should not be threated this way. I will be returning my leased car in 2 months so I will be in the market to purchase another vehicle and after this experience I will not consider Groove Subaru for my next purchase. More

Helpful, friendly, transparent I was connected with with Groove while researching through TrueCar, and was contacted immediately at the beginning of the next business day by Andrew I was connected with with Groove while researching through TrueCar, and was contacted immediately at the beginning of the next business day by Andrew Smith. He was immediately open to talking about prices for the car I wanted, and any question I had that he wasn't able to answer that instant (some issue at that moment with their inventory system) he took down and got back to me in under 30 minutes after going and finding the answer. After I had all of my questions answered I was able to make an offer over the phone and he got back to me in about an hour that it was accepted and that once he was free we would be able to schedule a time for me to come in and make it official. We were able to get a time set up for that day and he even offered to come and pick me up if I had no way to get to the dealership. He also made sure I got financing applications, my license, and proof of insurance ready so things could be as smooth as possible. Once I got to the dealership, there were no surprises. My car was pulled up, ready for me to look at, and Andrew made sure that I could test drive the exact car I'd be buying before anything was official. After that he had everything prepared, I signed everything in under 30 minutes, and then he took the car for a final detailing and I moved on to finance with Joe Schlitter. My experience with Joe was similar. I hadn't had any conversations with him before about the extended warranties or service packages they offered, and he was patient and very clear about the pricing, duration, and what it offered me. When I apologized about making him repeat something a few times he summed it up very well as (paraphrasing) "I go over these packages every day, and you've never seen them before. It's a lot of information, and I'll go over any of it as much as you need me to so you feel comfortable with what you're paying for" He was direct and made recommendations, but was not pressuring at all. For example I said that I wasn't sure how long I'd stay in the area and he immediately crossed out anything that was exclusive to their dealership, leaving the things that would be viable anywhere in the nation. He then circled the packages that were specifically backed by Subaru and explained the process of dealing with subaru service centers and how to make sure to get the most out of those packages. Overall everyone was great, I was able to get a car for a price that I wanted with no surprises in probably a total of 30 minutes on the phone, an hour of texting, and an hour and a half in the dealership, all during in a single day. More
