That said, we really appreciated the great service provided by two of your employees, Sergio de Quesada and Chris Giordano. From the moment of my first call to see what was on the lot to driving our new car off the lot, we didn't feel pressured at all. Sergio even had two models pulled up front by the time we got there. He was pleasant and made sure to explain all the features of the car we were buying. Chris was very helpful in explaining our payment options, as well as what the warranty covered.
