Jeremy Horwath, although very busy, helped us extensively and was very patient as we tried to find just the right Forester. What we wanted (color wise) was simply not available in the area, but he searched for one all over. The delivery experience was outstanding, as Jeremy went over all the pertinent details of a complex car with my wife, patiently explaining each feature. When he knew she was getting overwhelmed, he suggested a break, which was perfect. So far, I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Groove Subaru and our salesman, Jeremy. More

Fast, and informative, I just purchased my first newer car from Subaru. I was a little worried I was going to get scammed into higher prices and hidden agendas because I don I just purchased my first newer car from Subaru. I was a little worried I was going to get scammed into higher prices and hidden agendas because I don’t know much about cars and financing etc. Chase took me to check out a few cars and even helped me understand the whole process of financing and warranties. He was very knowegable and helpful. He is very personable and did everything he could to get me the lowest interest rate possible. This experience of getting a new car was beyond wonderful. I drove off the lot with my new whip feeling confident that Subaru has my back with any/all my cars agenda. I feel secure with my purchase and rest for all my future adventures! Thanks chase! Loving the new Ascent but wouldn’t have chosen this one We stopped in to test drive some Ascents and possibly buy. We met with Sergio at the front door where he took us to see 3 2019 Ascents that were the originals on the lot. He said there was nothing wrong with them that they just hadn’t been sold yet and that they were at a discount. We took one out for a drive and that was kind of it. He didn’t show us any features other than the drive features. Didn’t try to sell us a touring model which we probably would have gone for at a later date. Not saying only Sergio was at fault here because we should have demanded more time to look over all they have to offer and all the features that came with the specific “discounted” model we drove. When presented a price for the vehicle initially it was the sticker price listed on the car. We assumed this vehicle came standard with a navigation system since the one we test drove had that. We definitely would have chosen a model with more of the features we were looking for! More
