Great Experience with Jason I came into the dealership frustrated with my current 2018 forester because of the lack of power in the 2.5 engine with manual transmission. It was un I came into the dealership frustrated with my current 2018 forester because of the lack of power in the 2.5 engine with manual transmission. It was unable to drive me up some 14er trail heads at altitude, would stall out if I slowed down under 20 mph, and wouldn't move again in 1st gear. I knew I wanted to trade this car in, but was unsure whether I should financially. Jason took the time to appreciate the position that I was in, and was the first person to do that at this dealership. I had come in frustrated once before and did not receive the same service. He didn't try to sell me a super expensive version of the Forester but showed me some pre-owned options that met my needs, knowing I wasn't in a position to spend a lot of money beyond what I had already spent on the original car. He was really knowledgeable about each model and why or why not it would be good for me in my situation. I ended up leaving with a brand new XT forester thanks to Jason helping me get a good price and trade-in value. I probably wouldn't have made the leap to get an XT without Jason being patient with me and letting me take the time to decide without pushing me. Trading in a car I had just bought was super stressful, but Jason made it a very smooth and relaxed experience and that definitely impacted my decision to finance the XT through this dealership. More
