Groove Delivers Yet Again! When it came time to replace our 2009 Legacy unexpectedly, I honestly didn't think Subaru had a chance to meet our budget for a lease and so I was loo When it came time to replace our 2009 Legacy unexpectedly, I honestly didn't think Subaru had a chance to meet our budget for a lease and so I was looking elsewhere. I explained the situation to Jeremy early on in the process and he understood completely. We test drove an Impreza 5 door just so I could compare it to the other models I was looking at and liked it, but didn't think it would be possible. Fast forward a few days and he sends me an Impreza Sport 5 door and asked if I'd be interested in that one. I thought he had gone mad since he knew where my budget was. I was actually on my way to another dealer when he sent me the car info and I said if you can make it work, I'll be there in an hour! Sure enough, I turned around and a few hours later, we had a 2018 Impreza Sport 5 door not only at my budget but slightly under! This is the second car in 14 months that I bought from Jeremy. He's very easy to work with and talk to and he doesn't put any pressure on his customers at all. I highly recommend him for your next Subaru! More

As for the dealership I think the antique negotiating that Subaru forces their customers through will ultimately be their demise in lieu of no haggle dealerships. My experience test driving the Honda CR-V and the Toyota RAV4 were a far modern approach to selling cars. No haggle, their sales staff do NOT work on commission! More
