With negotiating, do this more. Encourage Hoang to work for you on going back and forth on car price and trade in with the Sales Mgr. Finance guy was experienced and good too, quite honest for his role, his role is to suggest some "scare" to encourage ya to get ext warranties. Do your research on extended warranties and if you do get one definitely haggle here, articles through consumer reports encourage ya too. Finance guy, their job is a bit more pushy with sales of warranties so 4.5/5. The SUV with its features is stellar! I did take pictures to notice a few scuff/scratch mark's that I'll bring back in for them to polish up. They were time stamped from when i got back home from the dealership and did a walk around inspection again, so be sure to inspect your exterior. Otherwise, a very smooth process! Even with scheduling my tint and time with Brendan to learn more about my car. I think Groove Dealerships has excellent consumer service down with genuineness and authenticity. Read articles about haggling to build your confidence, you are negotiating the car price, trade in and interest rate, also with the ext warranty. Good luck and definitely reach out to Hoang! More

He was the first to respond and set an appointment with us that same day and took lots of time to answer all our questions. He took on a drive and explained the car details so thoroughly. He was so friendly, communicative and informative that we were extremely impressed with him the entire time. He took his time with us to walk us through all the features and benefits of buying a Subaru which we have never owned before. He asked us lots of questions to match the right vehicle to meet our needs. Just amazing! After we purchased our Legacy there were so many new sales that day that there was a backup to detail the car so he did it himself and then spent another half hour with going through the systems such as eyesight and the starlink and it was incredible!
