From the moment we walked into the showroom, everyone at Groove was welcoming. We met with Rob, who took us over to see the new Ascent that they had for a few days. After spending time showing us everything, we submitted a pre-order for the Ascent. This was in mid-May. As we waited for news of an ETA for our Ascent, Rob kept us updated on any changes in the system with our order. Throughout the entire waiting period, Rob answered any questions we had very quickly. Finally, the day came for us to pick up our Ascent. Rob did a fabulous job going throughout the entire process from filling out the paperwork, to going over all the features of our new vehicle. We felt very comfortable with our new vehicle when we left the lot. Groove Subaru customer service has been excellent so far.
