I found various agencies acting outside of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing with me as their insured party, and I felt as though I was being taken advantage of. My experiences at Groove Subaru were vastly different, in a good way. Utku Ogut went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted. Over the course of four days, he supplied me a multitude of fabulous vehicles to choose from. Not only did he show me several great options at Groove Subaru, he also reached out to two other vehicle lots to inquire about certain Subaru Foresters I had mentioned to him. He made my customer experience of purchasing a new vehicle pleasant. He was attentive and considerate. When it came down to reviewing and signing all of the paperwork for my purchased vehicle, Utku and Jeff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I cannot express just how thankful I am having met the both of them. I feel as though I gained two new friends I can rely on whenever I have questions or concerns regarding my Subaru.
