Buyer beware Purchased a new Subaru Legacy in April, I figured I would give them a few months to see if they would come through on their promise. First I was buyin Purchased a new Subaru Legacy in April, I figured I would give them a few months to see if they would come through on their promise. First I was buying a new car so that would me new no scratches or any other problems. Well I noticed some scratches and asked they be taken Care of before the purchase but oh no they only do that after first mistake so I agreed. As I was about to leave I was walking around the car again to check but again it should be new and be detailed which it was not the car was dirty inside and out. I noticed some more scratches and some on the windshield and my lovely salesman Shane was like oh no worries they will take care of all of the scratches when they call to set up a time. I was like ok and left with the car big mistake, I was finally able to hand wash the car found more scratches and blemishes weird one on the front and the whole passenger side windshield is scratched up very odd. Feel like I did not get a new car. So I waited and waited for them to contact me, but I guess once you sign those papers they could care less about you or your car. It is not my responsibility of the customer to hound them it is their job. Wish I never went here. So beware and look over you new car before you leave seems like it’s normal for them to be scratched up. More
