Our 8th Family Subaru Thanks to Daniel Frengel for helping us buy our latest Subaru. This was a long process for him as we started this quest a couple of months ago and I appreciated his patience. He even stayed late to help us complete the transaction as originally we had not intended to purchase the car - we had stopped by to "just look." Well, once I saw the sweet light green Forester that had everything on my wish list (and then some), the process got underway. Daniel helped me understand the difference of the different models, and helped me process which model would best suit my needs. He is knowledgable about each model and although I had originally been considering a standard transmission and perhaps a Cross Trek, after discussing my wants and needs, I decided to test drive the Forester. I really liked that he went over the operation of the car and the "bells and whistles" with me - and I would feel comfortable calling back if I had a question about the operation of the car. Overall, I left with a great car and a great purchasing experience. More

Impressed with my Impreza I was in need of adding a second Subaru to my garage after an accident totaled my prior car. Jameson made the process fast and easy. Excellent experience, start to finish My husband and I bought an older Subaru from a private seller. Long story short, there was a standard recall on the car and we brought it here to hav My husband and I bought an older Subaru from a private seller. Long story short, there was a standard recall on the car and we brought it here to have it fixed, and also get an oil change. They identified a problem with the engine (which I had actually suspected). The cost to repair it was not worth it. They gave us a loaner, which we used for several more days than we anticipated, and that was no problem. Joanna worked really hard to find us a car that met both our needs and budget. I could tell that she wasn't simply trying to make a sale, she was really interested in getting us into a good car while trying to get us the best possible value. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and personable. The whole sales staff stayed way past their normal closing time for us, and everyone was so courteous and helpful. Even the Service Department has been amazing, they're the people who let us keep the very nice loaner car until we didn't need it anymore. I would highly recommend both buying a car from Joanna, and taking your car there to have it serviced. Joanna and Groove Subabru have reinstated a LOT of faith in the car sales/service industry for me, truly. More
