Excellent experience! The salesman that I had set up the appointment with was not available. Dan Cassin stepped in to help out. He asked me a few questions, and actually listened to what I wanted. I had done my research prior to calling for an appointment, and already knew what I wanted. He went and got the exact vehicle that I had requested. We went on a test drive, and Dan made no attempts to upsell or convince me. He allowed the car to do the selling. I leased a new Crosstrek with the options that I wanted, at the price that was advertised. It was also the fastest that I've ever made it through a buying experience. When I went into finance with Josh, I didn't have to sit through any long pitches about why I needed to spend even more money. We had a nice chat while he was processing my paperwork, and I drove away from the dealership in record time. Over all, I would rate my experience as excellent. More
