Recently bought a used Subaru, had a good experience. I live in Greeley and was looking for a Forrester, less than 10 years old, and with a manual transmission. Finding a Forrester isn't hard, finding one I live in Greeley and was looking for a Forrester, less than 10 years old, and with a manual transmission. Finding a Forrester isn't hard, finding one that is MT instead of CVT was much more difficult. I was able to find one at Groove Subaru near Denver. Which was kind of a bummer since it was so far away from me. I was hoping to find one closer. I found it online and got a call and an email shortly after. I worked with Shasha who worked with my schedule to set up a time to come down. He was understanding about driving down being a thing. The day of I called Sasha who checked to make sure the car was still there. He confirmed and my wife, daughter, and I drove the hour and a half to get there. Sasha was very kind, polite, and welcoming. We test drove, checked out the car fax, ran the credit check, signed the papers, and drove it home. The process did take a bit longer then I had thought it would, all told it took about 3 hours, and once we started filling out the stuff there was a good bit of thumb twiddling and waiting. If your looking to trade in, don't waste your time unless it's less than 10 years old, less than 100k miles, and has a clean report. If all three conditions aren't met they'll offer you little to nothing. Also on the way home, no joke, the sun visor just fell off into my lap. Needless to say a bit frustrating. I emailed Sasha the next day to explain the situation, and they sent me a replacement visor at no cost which showed up just a couple days later. So a couple negatives, but the way they handled it did make up for it. More

He made all the difference in our car buying experience. For most of us, purchasing a car is a stressful event. Lots of unknowns and fear of being taken advantage. We did our homework and Grovve gave us their best price which was agreeable to us. More importantly Sasa gave us hours of time to help us narrow our choice and then familiarize us with our new car.
