Wonderful Buying Experience We arrived at the dealership knowing we wanted to test drive an Outback, but not knowing which trim level or engine size. Rolly was very accommodating our questions, describing the differences between the trim levels, as well as describing the features of any car we showed an interest seeing. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Rolly simply allowed the cars to sell themselves. Upon leaving the dealership, Rolly provided best pricing for a couple of cars, and after we selected the trim we wanted, and the colors we were interested in, Rolly pulled the cars out the next morning so we could choose the one that felt right to us. The paperwork process was efficient, and Josh walked us through the finance options without steering us to more expensive options. Instead he simply pointed out the benefits, and allowed us to decide the option best for us. Rolly then did a thorough explanation of the cars features, and help link our phones before we drove off the lot. I had so many questions and he asnwered and explained in great detail. I did not feel rushed and Brendan said he would spend as much time as I needed. He wanted to make sure I understood how to work every feature and gadget in my car. I was interested in how some of the off road features ( X-mode) would really perform, so Brendan suggested using the ramps at in the parking lot as a small test. IT was great, as now haw have confidence to take advantage of these great features. If you buy a car from Groove, make an appointment with Brendan to go over all the features.
