Best car buying experience I had never purchased from Subaru before, and typically would be in the market for a pre-owned vehicle (preferably Toyota) to stay within my range of I had never purchased from Subaru before, and typically would be in the market for a pre-owned vehicle (preferably Toyota) to stay within my range of payment preference. We had just got done visiting with another dealership and were greeted at the door by Jacquie Goldsboro who was quick to be so friendly, hassle-free and listened to my concerns, needs and wants. She knew we were there to explore options since I had never owned or had much knowledge of a Subaru, but wanted an AWD car and knew they were a highly rated dealer. She spent a lot of time with us, was so knowledgeable and worked very hard at finding me the right model for my family. She provided great customer service, was very personable and never put any pressure on me to make a deal that I wasn't comfortable with. The finance team was also so friendly and understanding of my concerns and very competitive, helping me get the very best deal. I never thought I'd be leaving there in a BRAND NEW Subaru within my price range and would highly recommend letting Jacquie and her finance team help you have a truly great car buying experience! Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative without being pushy at all. He was not at all high pressure and had such a relaxed demeanor that it made the experience enjoyable. By the time we were done asking questions, we had found the right cars for our sons. Despite going through several different cars to find the right fit, Chris never got antsy or tried to hurry us along. He knew we were there compare and spent a lot of time with us helping us compare different cars, trim levels, options and safety features until we were certain we were getting the right cars. Once we made our selection, the purchasing process was just as low pressure. We got a fair price and good financing on the cars and felt that we had been treated fairly and respectfully. The overall experience was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. My sons love their new Legacies and my wife and I love the comfort and peace of mind we have knowing they are safe on the road in their AWD cars. Truly listens to customer I made an an appoitment with the Dealership in advance of my visit. My Salesperson (Robert) was waiting for me as I entered the fron door. During my I made an an appoitment with the Dealership in advance of my visit. My Salesperson (Robert) was waiting for me as I entered the fron door. During my pre appointment phone conversation with Robert, I was able to tell him the 3 models of vehicles that I was interested and I speciffically wanted to test drive. When I arrived, Robert had the keys to all 3 of the vehicles with the specific features I was intersted in. We went straight to test driving, not waiting to locate vehicles, get the keys..... MY last vehicle that I drove was the largest and I was concerned about parking in my garage with my other vehicle, Robert allowed me to drive it home and test park it. I rather enjoy the negotiating phase of the of purchase and I found Robert to be attentive, honest and low pressure. Also, during the purchase my friend that had accompanied me needed to return to my home. Since we drove together, Robert arranged for him to take my car (that I was trading in) back to my house. Then robert drove with me (in the new car) to my home to pick it up the old car. He made a second trip to deliver to correct owners manaul that night. Robert took the time to pair my phone to the vehicle and review many of the new features. He never rushed me even thought it was a Saturday night. THis is the second car I purchased from this dealer.
