He's very knowledgeable about the car, took a long test drive with me, let me pull into an empty parking lot to try out turning radius, and various of the Eyesight features. He explained what all the buttons and icons were for and was readily available whenever I phoned to ask a question. He's very polite, listened carefully to what I wanted, and patiently answered my dozens of questions. A super pleasant guy and easy to work with - I highly recommend him, another salesguide named Nick Stanton, and Groove Subaru as a whole. This place is great and has a very large inventory! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the market for another Subaru. This is my second Subie, as I recently sold my 2002 Outback (love that faithful chariot!) to a friend. I bought that one from this same dealership back when it was known as Burt Subaru. More

I purchased my husband's Subaru Forester with Groove in 2016 and had a good experience so I came back to look at a new car for myself. Hoang was awesome right from the start when my husband and I walked through the door. He is hands down the most friendly sales rep I have ever worked with and he made the sale very easy and laid back. In fact, everyone we worked with that night was friendly even though I kept everyone there late until 10 PM! More
