I was really surprised and grateful to work with Joanna on the lease of a new Forester. She was totally different from every dealership employee I've ever dealt with. I felt like she was honest with me and took a genuine interest in my wants/needs/budget, everything. I actually left Groove to test drive a couple other cars after the Forester and immediately disliked the people trying to assist me and came right back to Groove and to Joanna. Highly recommended and I'll be back to see her next time we're in the market. More

He understood and listened to our concerns and needs, and even managed to make the stressful process fun, before even knowing there would be a sale. Despite the fact that a lot of the communication was done via email or phone, the care and effort that Rolly provided was evident in every interaction. We walked away grateful and with the exact car we wanted- not to mention at the best price we had seen anywhere when comparing with other dealerships. The service and attitude shown by everyone at Groove was helpful, kind, and understanding. The customer service was amazing, and we will definitely be back in the future.
