Our first few encounters left a lot to be desired, but when we walked into Groove Subaru, we were pleasantly surprised. Not only were we impressed with the new line of vehicles, but Joanna's customer service and attentiveness were incredible. She was straightforward and honest with us. We knew we wanted a bit of an upgrade vehicle, but she told us what we did and didn't need based on our situation. Our purchase of the vehicle was a bit of a whirlwind with a lot of pieces moving to get everything done on time. To make it happen, everyone had to do their part efficiently, and Joanna knocked it out of the park. She got all of the upgrades we wanted on the car installed almost immediately, was constantly available via phone or text, and was there to send us off in our new vehicle.
